She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Sprouse Sr.; her parents, Charles Middleton and Hilda Middleton; her sons, Fred and WIlliam Sprouse Jr; her siblings, David Middleton and Judy Chapman; and her grandsons, Robert Bussey and Phillip Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Reyn Sprouse, Edith Tigner, Hilda Pereda (Ricardo), Margaret Sprouse, Jane Jenkins, Patricia Jenkins and Bridgette Glisan (Kevin). She is also survived by 44 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and other family and friends.
