Phillips (Columbus, Ohio), born in Letart Falls, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donohew and Mary Donohew; her husband Earl Phillips; her son Robert Phillips; and her son-in-law David Lees.

She is survived by: her daughter Grace Lees; and her grandsons, Ray Phillips (Michelle), David R. Lees Jr., Kevin R Lees and Nathan Butler (Jennifer). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
