She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Rowe. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Mangia (Steve) and Shirley Fisher (George); her grandchildren, Sam Mangia, Vince Mangia (Shelby), Holly Wilhelmi (Alex) and Kayleigh Fisher; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Steven; her siblings, George Hudson of Columbus, OH, Shirley Biggs and Colleen Sims (Jim); and her friend Kathy Estep. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Because of the Covid 19 situation the family has decided that there would not be a service at this time.
