He was predeceased by: his son Paul James; his parents, Paul J. Koebel Sr. and Frances Heinmiller; his parents-in-law, James and Jennie Selish of St. Clairsville, OH; and his brother Thomas Koebel.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Selish; his children, Kristen Zeltman (Brian), Natalie Hanrahan (Sean) and James Koebel (Andrea); his grandchildren, Abbigail Zeltman, Hannah Zeltman, Olivia Zeltman, Sean Hanrahan, Emma Dean, Victor Koebel and Veronica Koebel; his siblings, Joseph Koebel (Mariann), Jane Pease, Dorothy Bosworth (Roger), Margaret O'Sullivan (Mike), Connie Koebel and Colleen Held (Joseph); his sister-in-law Geneva Hynes (Richard); Nancy Patton. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, godchildren.
