She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Palmer Dybsand and Sylvia Dybsand; her husband William Witte; her son William; her sister Barbara Oakland; her children, Cindy Siddle and Mark Witte (Karri); her grandchildren, Carinne Blackwell (Chris), Victoria and Ethan; her sister Susan Diehl (North Carolina); and her brother-in-law Lars Oakland (Minnesota).
