She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Garrett Johnson and William Lee Garrett; her stepparents, William Johnson and Delores Garrett; her siblings, William Lee Garrett, Richard Garrett and Linda K Garrett; her stepsister Sheryl Branch; and her daughter Candy Garrett.
She is survived by: her daughter Cinnamon Woodfork of Arizona; and her sisters, Dorothy Jackson of Huntington, WVA, Marvena Welch (Charles) of North Carolina, Stephanie Coles (Mark) of Columbus, OH, Deloris Davis of Columbus, OH and Deborah Garrett of Columbus, OH.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
