She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim O'Neal and Bette Formon. She is survived by: her husband John P. O; her sons, John P. O'Connor II (Diana), Michael J. O'Connor and Patrick O'Connor (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Peter, Ashley, Michael, Thaddeus, Luke, Liam, Celeste, Terrance, Larry, Micah, Emmanuel and DeShawn.
