He was predeceased by: his father Nikolas Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Laura Lisbon; his sons, Nikolas and Keir; his sister Caroline Whaley (Timothy Whaley); and his mother Alison Armstrong. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
