He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Turner Milstein (Smith); his children, Leslie Pastel (Chris) of Naples, FL, David Milstein and Larry Milstein; his stepsons, Douglas Turner (Susan), Greg Turner and Michael Turner (Jackie); his grandchildren, Nathan and Zachary Milstein; his stepgrandchildren, Riane King (Chris), Brian Turner (Lynnette), Lauren Turner, Jacob Turner and Lily Turner; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Evan King, Eloise and Charlotte Grace Turner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
