He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Johnson (Richard), Connie Ford (David Shephard) and Cindy Locke (Gary); his grandchildren, Kristy (Sean), Justin, Robert (Caroline), Angie, Jennifer and Michael; his great grandchildren, Emily "Pan", Sam, Dakota, Ethyan, Clara, Ava, Lydia, Harleen, Delilah, Annabelle and Jamison; his sisters, Carol McPherson and Hope Enos (Gary); his siblings-in-law, Wanda Miller, Tina Scott (Chuck), Dr. William Haag (Patti) and Norman Boyd; and his close friends, Taylor, Sue Evans and Ron Hiles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
