He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Ciotola; his sister Pierina Ann; his grandparents, Domenicantonio, Lucia Ciotola, Ralph Yezzi and Odessa Martin; his aunts, Maria (Giovanni Iacovetta) and Edilia (Giuseppe Conti); and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Maria Yezzi, Anita Tantarelli, Vincent Yezzi and Ernest Yezzi.
He is survived by: his sons, Nicolas (Hannah), Anthony and Alex; his stepchildren, Audrey, Mary and Simon Molnar; his parents, Angelo and Lucinda; and his siblings, Michael (Jennifer), Rosa (Joe Huiss), Enrico (Susan) and Victoria (Michael Hilliard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
