He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Harvey Kinkead (Margie), Ken Kinkead (Evelyn), Pat Tewell and Maralyn Saylers (Len); his children, Kimber Moehrman (Steve), Verona Kinkead, Katherine Kinkead, Norman Kinkead, Tina Harmon (Tom), Anitra Wolfe and Ricky Seidle Jr. (Amy); his friend Linda Gannon; and his pet Chase. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
