He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Thomas (Voth) of Cleveland; and his parents, Herbert L Thomas and Florence A Thomas of Garfield Heights. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Thomas (Byrne); his children, Lauri Domenico (Dale) and Robert P. Thomas (Caitlin) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his grandchildren, Joshua Jared (Sarah) of Jacksonville, FL, Brandon Jared (Kaitlyn) of Bonita Springs, FL and Andrea Jared; his stepchildren, Richard R. Pugh of Lincolnshire, UK and Pamela J. Simon of Newport News, VA.; and his brother David Thomas (Donna). He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.
The family asks in lieu of flowers donations be made to Paradise United Church of Christ in his memory.
