It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralphard Osborne Flannagan Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralphard Osborne Flannagan, Sr. and Irene Swinehart Flannagan; and his stepson Dean Cook. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Flannagan; his stepchildren, Tyler Ball of Maiden and Kelly Johnson (Bryan) of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Jakson Groves, Samuel Robinson, Paisly and Tinsly Groves; his stepgranddaughter Zoey Johnson; his half-brother Ronnie Flannagan of Columbus Ohio; and his nephew Eric Flannagan of Columbus Ohio.
