It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Carter (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Russell and James Wayne Wright; and his sister Mary Esther Welch. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Brown-Carter; his children, Jarrel Syner, Charlotte Saunders and Ebony High; and his siblings, Dwight Carter (Barbara), Oscar Carter (Lessie), Durwood Mallory (Brenda), Janice Welch-Linwood, Pamela Douglas, Tericae Young, Gwendolyn Cobbs and Rosa Mallory. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
