He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Chenault (Hay) and James "Frank" Chenault. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chenault (Baron); his children, Michael Abrams (Gigit), Tabitha Frasure (Brad), Damien Arakaki and Leilani Abrams; his grandchildren, Dana Killingsworth (Michael), Jeremy Walton, Alaura Sutherland, Ariel Doomy (Chris), Jazzmine Destocki (Andrew), Freedom Keister (Keven), Jaedyn Arakaki and Madison Francisco; his great grandchildren, Keegan McKnight, Zaxton McKnight, Kael Keister, Makaelyn Killingsworth, Addalyn Destocki, Winston Destocki and Farrah Keister; and his siblings, Johna Solis, Ronald Chenault and Robert Chenault (Sheri).
The family request due to the Covid-19 pandemic that facial masks be worn and practice social distancing while at the funeral home.
