He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Fisher and Evelyn Fisher (Tinney); his sisters-in-law, Roberta Miller and Joy Fisher; and his nieces, Ashlie and Alyssa Fisher.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Fisher; and his niece Shannon Thompson.
