He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto John and Frances Ann Fischer (Seilersdorfer). He is survived by: his daughter Frances E. Fischer; his grandsons, Raymond, Jr., Robert, Bradley, Jimmy and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, James and Haley.
