He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Neiswanger and Chloe Neiswanger (Wright); his siblings, Robert Neiswanger (Pansy), June Phillips (Ed) and Edward Neiswanger (Shirley); his former wife Jemmie Neiswanger (Officer); his son Randall Neiswanger; his granddaughter Lisha Neiswanger; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Lumley; and his stepgreat-grandson Donovan Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Neiswanger (Kline); his sons, Wendall Neiswanger (Penny), Greg Neiswanger (Sheri) and Darren Neiswanger (Linda); his daughter-in-law Cindy Neiswanger; and his stepchildren, Delores Lumley (Brian Gladin), Larry Lumley and Carlene Dross. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
