He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Harlow and Louise Harlow (Shoemaker); his sister Barbara Lewark (late Robert Lewark); his wife Lela Harlow (Haddix); his children, Matthew Todd Harlow, Rhonda Harlow (Truesdale), Niles, Leslie Beth Jenkins (Harlow) of Elida, Emily Eck (Austin Eck), Evan Harlow and Caitlin Harlow (Shurte); his grandchildren, Andrew Jenkins of Issaquah, WA and Alaina Thatcher (Nathan) of Lima; his son Rhett; his niece Jamey Harris; his daughter Andria Torpey (Curt); his parents-in-law, Roland and Deloes Haddix; Richard Harris of Rayland, OH., Maycel (David Hovatter), Natalie Lytton (Bobbie), David Jr. Hovatter (Joanie), Gregory Hovatter (Tammy Heishman) and Teresa Kinder (Curtis).
