She is survived by: her husband Bob Carter; her children, Rebecca, Blake, Lisa and Duane; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Jorita, Erica, Buddy, Alisha, Marcus, Qiana and Jada. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren, also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
