He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Owens, Kenneth Owens and Delores Morris. He is survived by: his spouse Willa Dean Owens; his children, Robert D. Owens (LePage), Thomas A. Owens (Angie), Beth Casuccio (Ben) and Jo Ann Walker; his sisters, Barbara Ann Zeitler (Glen) and Doris Marie Russell; and his brother-in-law Howard D. Manning. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
