He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sons, Thomas (Erin), Jon (Monica) and Tyler (Amy); his grandchildren, Hendrix, Milena, Madison, Eliot and Carter; his brothers, Steve (Sue) and John; his siblings-in-law, Karen Chambers (Rod) and Frank Foster; and his friends, Barry, Seth and Olivia Wenrich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
