He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rinker and Thelma Rinker (Harwood); and his sister-in-law Patricia Rinker. He is survived by: his wife Elsa Rinker (Sempertegui); his siblings, Ron Rinker and Mary Slowinski (Mort); his stepsons, David Cozzarelli (Stephanie), Robert Cozzarelli (Jane) and Dino Cozzarelli (Lisa); his grandchildren, Monica Copelan (Alex), Robert "Tito" Cozzarelli (Alivia), Lauren Charron (Adam), Andrea Cozzarelli (Nick), Marie and Anthony Cozzarelli; his nephew Peter Rinker (Sarah); his great-nephews, Jackson and Jameson; and his great grandchildren, Casey Jo Charron, Charlotte, Cecelia and Calista Copelan.
