He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cotton and Sarah M. Cotton (Brown); his wife Lucy Cotton (Canestraro); his siblings, Gerald F., William P. Cotton and Elizabeth Lee McGinley; and his friends, Phyllis Helfer and Bonnie Feiszli.
He is survived by: his brother David H. Cotton (Jane) of Sewickley, PA; his daughter Beth Clemens (Mel) of Columbus, OH; his granddaughter Molly Kartman (Danny Jancewicz); his great grandchild Maximilian Jancewicz; his grandsons, Shawn Clemens (Traci) and Brian Clemens; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Savannah Clemens, Shelby and Cory Jahn; and his great great grandchild Liam Crabtree.
Memorial donations may be made to the WVU Children's Hospital in Morgantown, WV, or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
