He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Blevins (Bud); and his brother Elbert. He is survived by: his wife Mandy Blevins; his children, Louanna, Robert (RJ) and Marrissa Blevins; his grandchildren, Jersey and Brantlee Blevins; his mother Madonna Blevins; his siblings, Drema Tarantelli (John), Kathy Blevins and James Howell; his sister-in-law Amy Kennedy (Brad); his uncle Ronald Hurley; and his cousin Dustin Pack. He is also survived by brother, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, a nephew and friends.
