He was predeceased by: his stepfather John Hullibarger, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Paul L. Busick and Helen D. Busick Hullibarger (Klay); his children, Katrina Busick (Jerry Bonner) of Golden Valley and John-Paul Busick of Columbus; and his siblings, Paul E. "Butch" Busick (Melissa) and John D. Hullibarger (Terri).
