He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr., Patricia Shaloo, Rita Fortin and Diane Erwin (David Erwin); his grandchildren, John Carroll (Amy), Jody Achatz (Tim), Julie Grossman (Mikal), Nicole Eusanio (Vince), Dr. Danielle Ellis (Kurt), Gina Walters (David) and Elise Erwin; and his sisters, Gloria Catalfo and Violet Stringer. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
