He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Handley and Erma Handley (Waugh). He is survived by: his close friends, Cathy Nau, Gen Riffe, Amy Sager and Loretta Hosfelt. He is also survived by sisters, Sandy (Larry) Blessing, Aliceann (Bob) Humphries, Joey (Kurt) Handley, and Marsha (Danny) Ross; many nieces, nephew, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Gates-Fourth UMC Building Fund, 119 E Gates St., Columbus, 43206.
