He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Thomas Kulka (Trisha) of Columbus, OH, Edward A. Kulka (Barbara) of Mansfield, OH, Kenneth and Andrea L. Gotschall of Columbus, OH.; his brother Richard Kulka (Joyce) of Mansfield, OH.; and his stepchildren, Alynn Martin (Raymond Stender) of Erie, Lisa Gualtieri (Kraig) and Eric Holle (Diane). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
