He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Rose Melick (Brock); his grandchildren, Jordan and Autumn; his siblings, Kimmie Kurtz (Steve) and Steven Rawlins (Chae); his siblings' children, Beverly Johnson (James), Crystal Fields (Kenneth), Kyle Kurtz and Sarah Rawlins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Emily, Makylie, Carlie, Luke, Noah and Alyssa. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
