He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his children, Tonya Pendergrass (Jerry), Amy Doerfler (Tim), Michelle Dean (Kirk), Ali Cook, Jessica McFarland, Angie Alley (Joe), Amanda Kinnaman and Heather Doerfler (RJ). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous other family and friends.
