He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Mustard (Rich Germann) and Stacey Dysert (Shawn); his grandchildren, Summer, Jayde, Jessalyn, Raegan and Olivia; his sister Judy Freeburg; and his nephew Scott Freeburg.
