He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie (Jane Snook); and his daughter-in-law Kim Waugh (Brown). He is survived by: his close friend Jane Snook; his brother Thomas Waugh of Chicago; his sons, Tim Waugh (Christina), Jeff Waugh (Lynda), Craig Eilers, Todd Eilers (Mandy) and Geoffrey Eilers (Terri); his close friend Ron Snook; his grandchildren, Erin Cavanaugh (Anthony), Paige Waugh, Lisa Cornwell, Brent Cornwell (Erica), Kelli Eureka (Lucas), Maci Eilers, Brittany Stiles, Becky Schone (Justin) and Osborne; and his friend Vicki Eilers. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.
