He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Tallarico and Charles Oxier (Jessica); his father Ralph (Frances); his siblings, Tamara Pleasant, Anita Snack (Adam), Stephanie Pace (Robert), Michael (Tara) and Ralph (Kym); his grandchildren, Sophia, Charles Oxier, Marcel and Daisha Penick; and the mother of his children Tina Byrum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
