He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Sr. Crenshaw and Mary E. Jones Crenshaw. He is survived by: his brothers, Rev. Harry Crenshaw (Rhonda) of Warren Ohio, Gregory Crenshaw (Valerie) of Warren Ohio, Gentry Crenshaw of Warren Ohio and Reginald Crenshaw (Renee) of Warren Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close family, and friends.
