Starkey; his siblings, Linda Dowler (Starkey) and James Starkey (Jimmy); his former wife Derre Starkey (Rice); his friend Gladys Liebe; his children, Roger Allen Starkey (Diane) of Groveport and Lisa Wellman (Ned) of Hilliard; his grandchildren, Sarah Westcamp (Donald) and Erick Starkey (Danielle) of Dublin; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Brenden Westcamp. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
