He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Fry and Wilton Askew; and his siblings, Barbara Jean, Florence and Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Elana; his sister Margie; and his children, Chuck Neal (Cheryl), John Neal (Anita), Mary Fillinger (Bill), Jim Neal (Sandy) and Mike Neal (Victoria). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchild.
