He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott and Mona; his children, Willie and Monica; his siblings, Art and Marlene; his grandchildren, McKay, Dustin and Justin Kirk; and his great grandchildren, Kolton Wimbish, Monica and Shade Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughter Kathleen Copley; his grandchildren, Roger (Brittany), Casie, Corey, Ryan, Michael, Ricky and Brett; and his siblings-in-law, Mike (Sharon), Bill (Naomi), Lily and Maureen (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
