He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Allan and Sonnie Butler Sr. (Houseberg); his grandmother Betty Houseberg; and his brother Steven D. Butler (Holly). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Butler (Pam), Patrick Butler (Jill) and Ronda Laupert (Allen); and also Melissa Thornton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
