He is survived by: his children, Melinda Madden, Amanda Anderson (Joe), Melissa Spaulding (Dave), Cassandra Christensen (Alan), Ronnie Marcum Jr., James Jordan, Jamie Mullins, Anthony Marcum (Katie), Greggory Marcum (Tricia), Justin Marcum and Ryan Marcum; his brothers, Bobby (Peggy) and Roger (Brenda); his girlfriend Gale Maynard; the mothers of children, Janice Leonard and Ruby Marcum; and his friend Jimmy Hill. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
