He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann (Vallade); his children, Steven Humphrey (Jennifer), Krista Kuhner, Ross Kuhner (Leane) and Jeremy Kuhner (Jamie); his grandchildren, Olivia, Owen and Alex Kuhner; his siblings, Patricia Kuhner, Linda Vallade (Richard), Susan Brehm, Thomas Kuhner (Suzie), Cindy Perry (Steve), Robert Vallade (Polly), Sandy Lindner (Bob) and Jeff Vallade; and his mother-in-law Leona Vallade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nephews and -nieces, and close friends.
