He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Conley and Minty Conley (Adams); his children, Carolyn, June and Fred; and his siblings, Ishmore, Peggy, Bonnie, Frank and Carson.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Conley (Willard); his children, Russell Woyan (Vikki), Marilyn Woyan-Stowers (Eric), Dean Conley Jr. and Sherri Lynn Conley-Schwalbach (Ernie); and his sister Gloria Spaulding. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
