We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2019, at the age of 104, Ruth Carter (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Carter; her parents, Lafe Webb and Melvina Webb (Ward); and her siblings, Roscoe Webb, Virgil Webb, Thelma Young and Gladys Kennedy.
She is survived by: her sister Ann Price. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zusman Hospice.
