It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Neal (Columbus, Ohio), born in Manning, South Carolina, who passed away on December 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Lee Neal; her parents, James Cohen and Cecilia Edelle Walker (Miller); and her siblings, Alton, Claudius, Milton, Linwood, Mary Ida and Narcissus.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Renee (Jayms McKinney), Toni Edelle and Wilbert Donovan Neal (Marty Willow); her siblings, Persephone and Edwin; her grandchildren, Danielle, David, Jeremy, Jameel, Khalil, Chayton, Noah and Rachel; and her great grandchild Miles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.
