She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Mayer and Esther Mayer (Sipe); her husband Richard 'Dick' Fraizer; her sons-in-law, Richard Simmons and Don Klouchek; and her great grandchild Brett Carty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Tedeschi (Tony) of Columbus, Judith Heidenreich (Ronald) of Raleigh, NC, Deborah Simmons of Alburquer and Melanie Kloucheck of Lima. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be directed to a hospice or charity of their choice.
