He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Rhone and Edward Rhone; and his siblings, Dorothy Coleman, Edward Rhone Jr. and Lawrence Rhone.
He is survived by: his spouse Elvie Rhone; his daughters, Debra Shepard (Darren) and Nedra Rhone; and his brothers, Lester Rhone and Claiborne Rhone (Cassie). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
