She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smiley and Martha Smiley; her husband Lucien Fracasso; and her son Paul Fracasso. She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Decker (Don) and Paula Pack (Lee); her grandchildren, Ben Decker and Alyssa McVeigh (Billy); her great grandchild Will McVeigh; her sisters, Shirley Gregory and Linda Wilcox; and her pet Addie.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074).
