He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Etheridge and Allison Etheridge (Ace); and his former wife Sherri. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Katie Etheridge (Sherry) and Kris Etheridge (Austin Hairston); his stepdaughters, Mandy Graham and Chelsea Jackson (Omega); his grandchildren, Kendall, Landon, Scarlett, Penny and Lennon; his sisters, Nancee Lambert (Carl) and Sally Benson (Bert); and his siblings' children, Becky Kinnaman (Brian), Kyle Rowse (Mary Beth), Shawn Lambert, Ashley (JC) and Garza.
