It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shane Alan Adams (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Steven Lynn Adams. He is survived by: his parents, Everett Horn and Stacy Horn (Adams); his daughter Shayla Lynn Adams; the mother of his child Samantha Corzatt; his siblings, Mariah Horn, Skylar Horn and Jacob Adams; his niece Kenzley Grace Keeton; and his grandparents, Ruth Adams, Everett Horn and Vonia Horn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Shane is helping others through the gift of tissue donation.
